How to Join Bayou Vista Baptist Church:

At the close of the service, a hymn of invitation will be sung. During this time, you may go forward and tell the pastor that you desire to unite with this church. You may share:

That you want to receive Christ as Lord and Savior and follow Him in baptism.

That you have already trusted Christ as Savior and want to signify that commitment through Believer’s baptism by immersion.

That you want to transfer your letter of membership from another Baptist church of like faith and order to this church.

That you want to join the Church by statement of your prior conversion and symbolic baptism by immersion (when no letter is obtainable from a Baptist church of like faith and order).
